Pork Chops with Walnut Sauce
- 6 pork chops
- 2tbs unsalted butter
- 3tbs walnut oil
- 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup full cream
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
In a frying pan heat the butter until it begins to foam then add the walnut oil, heat accorrding to the thickness of the pork chops. Set the chops aside, keeping them warm. Add the lemon juice and walnuts and over low heat stir well into all the pan juices. Add the cream slowly continuing to stir. Remove from heat and coat the pork chops with the sauce and serve.
