- 1/3 continental cucumber, peeled and diced
- 2 celery sticks, chopped small
- One bunch asparagus, snapped, lightly steamed.
- 1/4 small green cabbage chopped rough, lightly steamed.
- 6 walnut halves
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 pinch sugar
- The juice of one lemon
- A sprinkle of dried basil or tarragon
In a bowl, mix the salad ingredients with the dressing and enjoy.
